Balustrade Estates was set up and is run by Rupert Dawnay and his wife Katia Zaninovic, who both live in the town of Hvar on the Dalmatian island of the same name. Rupert Dawnay has been involved with estate agency for over nineteen years, previously working with the reputable international estate agents, Hamptons International in London. He has accumulated a wealth of experience and works closely with his clients to establish their needs. Katia Zaninovic worked in the corporate lettings market dealing with rentals to corporate companies and individuals in the prime areas of London for over the nine years as well as a short period in estate agency before coming to Hvar.
